🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where comments could not be saved to an employee's Timesheet. 
  • Fixed a Breaks issue where having two Worked Hours breaks would cause the second not to display on the Web Clock or Mobile app. 

Time & Attendance

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed the Break Window alignment for Time of Day Breaks.
  • Fixed an Exceptions issue where incorrect numbers were displayed.
  • Fixed a Who's In issue where applying a filter would cause the data column alignment to be incorrect.

🚀  Improvements 

  • Increased the amount of "Week length days" and "Weekly after (hours/week)" allowed for weighted overtime.
  • Added the ability in Rounding rules to round the first punch down & last punch up.

Scheduling

🚀  Improvements 

  • Notes in the shift module can now contain up to 1000 characters. 


 

Time Off

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Time Off Request issue where immediately requesting time off for the same employee prevented the hours forecast from displaying.
  • Fixed a Time Taken & Balances issue where adjusting a time off balance from a negative value back to 0 would display -0:00.

🚀  Improvements 

  • Improved the validation message when a Time Off Request is created during a waiting period.
  • Time Off Request notifications now display the available balance of an employee's requested Time Off Type. 
  • Time Off Request notifications now display the available balance of the requested Time Off Type to the employee making the request. 


 
Human Resources

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Document Center issue where trying to open a file uploaded as a Document Request would result in an error. 
  • Fixed an Employee Portal Users issue where unlinking and linking an Employee Portal User would still keep the previous capitalization of the email address. 

🚀  Improvements 

  • The email address assigned to a System User can now be edited if they have not yet accepted the emailed invitation. 
  • The Management Level names are now displayed as the default role names in the e-Sign Form Builder.

 

Platform 

🚀  Improvements 

  • Improved the formatting of the Breaks section of the Initial Setup Wizard. 
  • The "Administrator" Manager Level now automatically populates the provided email address of the account holder. 
  • The Time Clocks portion of the Initial Setup Wizard now only displays for accounts with purchased time clock devices. 
  • Added a link to the Knowledge Base from the User Profile Menu.
  • When selecting employees through the "Employee" Assignment Scope, the Employee ID is now listed under the display name. 

 

Employee Management

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Holidays issue where Holidays would apply to employees prior to their hire date. 

🚀  Improvements 

  • The "Facility code" and "Proximity card number" fields in the Credentials tab now display "Not Set" if no card has been enrolled for an employee. 

 

Reports/Exports

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed issue where the Timesheet Detailed - Hours Only report did not display the method of punch. 
  • Fixed reports issue where using the Order By setting on a custom Birthday report resulted in the birthdate not showing. 

🚀  Improvements 

  • Added the "2 Weeks by Employee" and "2 Weeks by Criteria" options to the "View Type" selection when adding a custom Schedules report. 
  • Accounts with the EasyClocking basic license can now run Schedule reports. 
  • The Missing Punch report now displays all times associated with the shift of the missing punch. 
  • Added the "Show original Clock In/Out times" option to the Timesheet Detailed report options. 

 

Time Clocks & Kiosk

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Time Clock Settings issue where if the Card Format Type was set to '-' , proximity card punches would be applied to the wrong employee. 
  • Fixed a Xenio f1000 time clock issue where faces could not be verified for some customers.

🚀  Improvements 

  • Added the "Number of Fingerprint Scans when Enrolling" setting to the Time Clock Settings. 

 

Mobile App

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where users with disabled location settings could not use the app if "Geolocation Tracking (Optional)" was enabled in the Reporting Hours settings. 
  • Fixed a Breaks issue where selecting a break could result in the wrong break being taken.

 

Job Costing

🔧  Fixes

  • Fixed a Who's In and an Exceptions issue where the Job List within Advanced Filter(s) was incomplete. 
  • Fixed an issue where the Job Costing Structure could not be edited. 
  • Fixed an issue where the Job selection did not display Jobs to be selected for accounts with Job Costing. 

🚀  Improvements 


  • The Who's In columns can now be sorted by Job Costing.
  • Job Costing searches now use "contains" instead of "starts with" when returning search results.
