Time & Attendance
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the Who’s In tab displayed employees who were “Out” as “Not Working”.
- Fixed a Who’s In issue where the vertical scroll was cut off when filtering by Location.
- Fixed a Timesheets issue where breaks were not being deducted in previewed absences.
🚀 Improvements
- When terminating or inactivating an employee, the timesheet will remain active until the end of the current pay period.
- Added a disclaimer next to the "Clock In/Out type" setting in the Reporting Hours Global Settings:
- “If Quick Punch is selected, and Breaks or Job Costing are assigned, User Selection will be automatically applied.”
- The Who’s In tab no longer displays employees with assigned Automatic Hours.
Scheduling

- A name is now required when adding an Employee Scheduling Alert.
Time Off

- Fixed a Review Requests issue where the Request Details would display the number of hours requested in decimal format if “Use Decimal Calculations” was disabled.
- Fixed a Review Requests issue where the Time Off Requests Widget would display the number of hours requested in decimal format if “Use Decimal Calculations” was disabled.
🚀 Improvements
- Updated the validation error message for Accrual Eligibility Levels.
Human Resources
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a Training Programs issue where the required fields were not highlighted upon selecting a Training Coordinator and attempting to save.
- Fixed a Benefit Plans issue where attempting to save a Benefit Plan with only a name and description entered would result in an infinite loop.
- Fixed an Employee List Profile issue where “Pending Documents” and “Pending To Sign” Documents could not be accessed.
- Improved the download speed of the Sample Employee Import File.
Platform

- Employees with automatic hours, no manual punches, and no schedules no longer populate on the Daily Attendance report.
- Timesheet Detailed reports no longer display "Half day" or "Full Day" for Holidays.

- Added “Software Version” to the Time Clock Details.
- Added “Last Connected” and “Last Disconnected” to the Time Clock Details.
- Added the ability to search for Time Clocks by serial number.

Job Costing

- Fixed a My Portal Clock In/Out issue where Jobs could not be searched by Job Code.

- Added the “Show Job Detailed” option to the Weekly by Employee and Weekly by Criteria reports.
