🔧 Fixes

Fixed an Overtime issue where the "Time of Day" Overtime rule would save the incorrect time.

Fixed a Shift Differentials rule where "Weekly" Differentials could not be saved.
🚀 Improvements
- Timesheet Ellipsis Updates:
- Out of Shift punches can now be reviewed in bulk within Employee Timesheets.

Changed the “Break (min.)” setting name to “Est. Break (min.)” to convey that the break time entered is an estimate, rather than an automatically deducted break.
- Added a tool-tip disclaimer next to the heading that states:
“The break time entered is only used for “Planned” hours totals accuracy in the Scheduler. Entering a break time will not deduct the break automatically from the hours worked on the timecards.”

- Notes within Time Taken & Balances now support the display of multiple lines.
- Cash Out entries entered by a manager for a previous pay period now default to the starting date of the previous pay period.

- Training Programs now display the requirement for a Training Category to be selected.
- Fixed the vertical alignment of the icons displayed next to the System User’s emails.
Platform

- Fixed the “Assign Assets” and “Employee dependents” Workflows.
- Fixed an issue where “Operation error” would display when archiving Group Structures in the Groups Global Settings.
🚀 Improvements
- Users are now directed to the self-service Subscription and Billing upon logging into an expired account.
Reports/Exports
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed an Export issue where the "Period End Date" results in the preview were one day ahead.
- Fixed a Timesheet Detailed Report issue where "Start-Break" punches registered using a proximity card would display the "Entered by Manager" icon instead of the "Card" icon.
🚀 Improvements
- Added the Timesheet Status export column to the Timesheet summary Data Provider.
Time Clocks & Kiosk
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a Kiosk Configuration issue where the "Show employee list" box needed to be checked and unchecked to save.
- Fixed a Kiosk issue where adding/editing a Kiosk Settings Rule would save "Time Clock Settings" instead of "Kiosk Settings".
Job Costing
⭐ New Features
- Added the “Enable job selection” setting to the Advanced Settings of the Schedule Plan Global Settings.
- The Scheduler now supports Job Costing assignments in the Employee, Criteria, and Team Staffing views.
- The Shift Planner now supports Job Costing assignments in the Criteria and Team Staffing views.
- Published & unpublished shifts with a Job Costing assignment can be copied to the following week in the Scheduler & Shift Planner.
- Automatically recurring shifts with a Job Costing assignment can now be set with the Weekly Patterns feature in the Left Nav, Scheduler, and Shift Planner.
- Jobs can now be assigned to Shift Templates and Shift Patterns.
- Job Costing selections appear in orange if the employee is not assigned to the Job.
🔧 Fixes
- Fixed a time clock issue where punches with an assigned Default Job did not display the Default Job on the timesheets.
- Fixed as of Time Clock App Version 1.054
🚀 Improvements
- Added the "Job Configuration on Project" setting to the Project Configuration options. (Allows Jobs to be assigned different rates when assigned to different projects)
Dashboard (Widgets)
