# Review Work Order Capture Values on Timesheets

Managers can review, add, edit, or remove Project Number and Work Order Number values captured during employee punches.

## Before you begin

- Work Order Capture must be enabled and configured for the employee's Reporting Hours rule.
- You must have permission to edit employee timesheets.

## View Work Order Capture values

On the employee's timesheet, Work Order Capture values appear in the same location used for the Job field.

- The **top row** displays the **Work Order Number**.
- The **bottom row** displays the **Project Number**.

If only one value was entered, only that value is displayed.

## Edit Work Order Capture values

1. Open the employee's timesheet.
2. Select the time segment you want to update.
3. Click the Work Order field.
4. Update the **Project Number**, **Work Order Number**, or both.
5. ## Delete Work Order Capture values

1. Open the Work Order editor for the time segment.
2. Click the **Trash** icon.
3. Save the changes.

Deleting the values removes the Project Number and Work Order Number but does not delete the time segment.

## Important notes

- Each field accepts up to 25 characters.
- Manager changes are recorded in the timesheet audit trail.
- No additional permission is required beyond the ability to edit timesheet entries.
