How to Sync Paid Time Off between WorkEasy and ADP Workforce Now
Prerequisite
The ADP Workforce Now account needs to be connected and integrated with WorkEasy. To do so, please visit How to Connect WorkEasy Software to ADP Workforce Now.
Syncing Time Off Balances
- Click Global Settings > Integrations > ADP Workforce Now.
- Click Configuration > Time Off Sync. If the account is brand new, click Edit.
- Toggle on the button Disabled to Enabled.
- If WorkEasy is the time management system of record (for accruals, requests, approvals, etc.) and hours are sent to payroll from WorkEasy, select Sync time off balances from WorkEasy Software to ADP Workforce Now. The balances will then be updated in ADP.
- If ADP is the time management system of record (for accruals, requests, approvals, etc.) and hours are sent to payroll from ADP, select Sync and create approved time off made in ADP workforce Now into WorkEasy Software. The approved time off requests made in ADP will be created in WorkEasy software timesheets.
- Perform the applicable mapping and click Save.
- If you select Sync time off balances from WorkEasy Software to ADP Workforce Now, click the button Update T.O. balances in ADP WFN to update the time-off balances in ADP.
- When sending employee hours, if you just want to send hours, click the button Send Hours Only.
- If you select Sync and create approved time off made in ADP workforce Now into WorkEasy Software, the button will show that it has been synced.
- Select the mapped employees whose balances you want to update.
- Click Update.
