How to Set Weekly Patterns (Advanced License)
How to set Weekly Patterns to automatically assign Shifts to employees week-to-week.
Before Shifts can be set to a Weekly Pattern, they must be added. To learn how to add Shifts, see: How to Add Shifts to the Scheduler
* Make sure the 7 Day View is selected in the Scheduler. (The Weekly Pattern feature is only available in the 7 Day View).
1. Once you've added the baseline Shifts: *Shifts must be Published before they can be copied Click and select Weekly Patterns |
2. Make the necessary selections and click
