How to Set Up/Disable Two-Step Verification | Admins

Two-step verification, or 2SV, is a great method for securing online accounts. It requires two forms of verification, like a Mobile Authenticator app (e.g., Duo Mobile or Google Authenticator) or an email code, making it much harder for unauthorized users to access the account. It combines the user's password with a code from their device or email, reducing the risk of breaches. 

These steps show how 2SV is set up in WorkEasy Software.

  1. On the HR Data Management Left Nav, click System Security > Two-Step Verification > Enable Two-Step Verification.
  2. Click Add Setting.
  3. To disable this setting, click Disable Two-Step Verification.
