How to Run a Time Off Overview Report

How to run a Time Off Overview Report to view employees' hourly time off.

1. From the left side nav, select the Reports tab.  From the drop-down menu, select Time Off.




2. Displayed will be different types of Time Off Reports.  Select Time Off Overview.





3. Under Advanced Filter(s), select filters. 


 

Filters Descriptions
Start/End date Range in which the report runs.  Warning: date ranges exceeding 31 days may not load.
Click to Add Individual employees are selected here.  If none are selected, the report will run for all employees.
Employee Type Example: Regular, Part-time, Contractor
Status Active, Pending, Inactive, Terminated
Archiving status Archived or non-archived

 


4. Under Employee Groups, filter by the groups assigned.




5. Select Apply to run the report.
