How to Request Time Off in My Portal in Mobile App
- Tap the top left-hand arrow.
- Tap the menu.
- Tap the My Portal dropdown arrow.
- Tap Time Off.
- Tap My Time Off.
- Tap the dropdown arrow Type.
- Select the applicable Type.
- Tap the dropdown arrow Duration.
- Select the applicable Duration.
- If you selected Hours or Half day, enter the number of hours needed.
- Tap From and select the applicable date. If you selected Full day, also select the applicable To date.
- Verify your selections and tap Submit Request.
- Your request will show as Pending in yellow until it's approved by management.
- When Approved, it will show so in green.
- If your request is denied, you will receive an email.
- To see the history of your requests, tap History.
