How to Map Data between WorkEasy Software & ADP RUN

This guide provides instructions on how to keep data accurately updated and consistent across both systems, streamlining your HR processes and minimizing manual data entry.

Prerequisite

WorkEasy Software must be connected to ADP: How to Connect WorkEasy Software to ADP RUN

1. Click Global Settings > Integrations > ADP Run.
   
2. Map Pay Schedules & Groups.
   
3. Select the tab Hours Mapping.
4. Once you're done mapping, click Finish.
   
5. If you need to change your configuration later, click Edit in the Configuration tab and make the necessary changes. 
   
6. Click Save.
