How to Log in for the First Time (Web App & Mobile App)
WorkEasy Software is a comprehensive tool to facilitate tasks such as time tracking, scheduling, managing time off, storing documents, and overseeing company assets. Employees can, if applicable to them, see their schedules, timesheets, and time-off balances; clock in/out; swap/donate/drop shifts; and request time off.
Keep an eye on your email inbox for the Welcome aboard! email. If you haven't received the welcome email, please ask your manager to extend or resubmit the invitation.
Web App
- On the welcome email, click the Activate Account button.
- You are then re-directed to WorkEasy Software to change your password.
- Follow the password requirements and enter the same characters for Password and Confirm Password.
- Click Change.
A message confirms that the registration was successful. - Enter your login credentials (email and password) and click Sign in.
Mobile App
- Download the WorkEasy Software Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play
- Open the app, enter your username and password, and tap Sign In.
- Use the same username and password to access the mobile app.
