How to Edit or Delete Shifts in the Scheduler
Prerequisite
Shifts must be added: How to Add and Assign Shifts to the Scheduler
Editing a Draft Schedule
- Once a schedule draft is saved, click to edit it.
- Make the applicable selections and click Save.
- Once you're done, click Publish.
- Review the items and click Publish.
- Notice that the area that was grayed out (Draft) before publishing is now a solid white (Published).
Deleting a Schedule
- Select a shift and click to "delete" it.
- The shift will be actually archived, not deleted, in case it needs to be recovered later. Once archived, it will look like this in draft and published mode.
