How to Delete Time in My Timesheet as an Employee (Web App)

  • You must have the applicable settings in place. Contact your manager or administrator if you don't see the clock icon shown below.
  • If your timesheet goes through an approval process, the time will not be deleted until the timesheet is approved.
  1. Click the My Portal dropdown arrow.
  2. Select Timesheets.
  3. Select the applicable pay period.
  4. Select the date and click the clock icon for the entry you wish to delete.
  5. Make the necessary adjustment.
  6. Click the trash can icon.
  7. Click the ellipsis button.
  8. Click Save.
