Time & Attendance Custom Reports
Overview of the Time & Attendance custom reports and how to add one specific to your needs
1. Click Reports in the left in the Left Nav to expand the options and select Time & Attendance
3. Click and select Add
4. Enter a name and select configurations
- Template name - This name will appear in the Time & Attendance report list
- View Type
- Detailed
- Daily Summary
- Summary
- Break Violation
- Report Column - Select the columns you wish to see on the report
- Order By - Order by Employee ID or Name
- Options - Option to add a signature field or view one page per employee
5. Select filters
6. Click to create the new report template
The template will appear in the Time & Attendance report list
