How to Change Pay Period Preferences

  1. On the Left Nav, select the applicable Timesheet and click
  2. Select View in decimals or Show Original Clock In/Out times (This option restores the view of punches to their original state before rounding rules or before manager changes have been applied.).
  3. Under Where it falls time log behavior, select an option for how paid hours are split and logged.
  4. Under View Options, select how you wish to have employees grouped. 

  5. Sort Direction gives you the option to see the list of employees in an ascending or descending order.
  6. Under Time Codes,  select which columns are visible on the timesheet. If needed, drag and drop to change the order in which the columns should appear. 

  7. Click Apply to save all changes.
