How to Change Pay Period Preferences
- On the Left Nav, select the applicable Timesheet and click .
- Select View in decimals or Show Original Clock In/Out times (This option restores the view of punches to their original state before rounding rules or before manager changes have been applied.).
- Under Where it falls time log behavior, select an option for how paid hours are split and logged.
- Under View Options, select how you wish to have employees grouped.
- Sort Direction gives you the option to see the list of employees in an ascending or descending order.
- Under Time Codes, select which columns are visible on the timesheet. If needed, drag and drop to change the order in which the columns should appear.
- Click Apply to save all changes.
