How to Change an Employee's Pay Rate/Salary

These instructions show how to change an employee's pay rate/salary.

  1. Click Employees > Employee List in the Left Nav, and select the applicable employee.
  2. Click Employment.
  3. Go to Compensation and click  to edit the employee's Pay Rate.
  4. Enter the new Pay Rate, select a Change Reason, and click the checkmark to save your changes.
