How to Archive Shifts in the Scheduler

Before archiving shifts, they must first be added. For instructions on adding shifts, see: How to Add Shifts to the Scheduler

By Employee 

  1. Select the view Daily, Weekly, or 2 Weeks By Employee. 
  2. Find the shift you wish to archive.
  3. Click Archive.
  4. Click the ellipsis > Save.

In Bulk

  1. Navigate to the corresponding shift period.
  2. Click the ellipsis > Archive.
  3. Select the applicable employees.
  4. Click Archive and confirm.

  5. A successfully archived shift will show an empty field in the corresponding time slot.

    Note: Employees will receive a notification when a shift is archived.
