How to Add a Position

Before adding a position, the group Positions needs to be listed under Groups. If you don't see it, you'll need to add it. To do so, go to Global Settings > Group Structure > Groups and click the ellipsis > Add.

Note:

The group number indicates the order in which the groups were created, and this order remains unchanged even after groups are archived. (Groups marked in pink represent the archived ones.)

Adding a Position

  • Click Global Settings > Group Values > Positions > ellipsis > Add.
  • Enter a position Name and click Save.
