How to Add a Document Request

How to Add a Document Requests in the Document Center

1. In Document Requests, click    if there are no pending requests.

Or click      and Select New Request   

 

2. Make the necessary selections and click 

 

Setting Description
Request Name Display name of the Document Request
Request Description Description listed within the Document Request
Request Type
  • Template Based Request
    • Select a Template from the Templates folder
  • Non - Template Request
Destination Folder Select a destination folder, or add a new one. 
Recipients
  • Everyone
  • Selected Employees - Select employees individually
  • Specific Audience - Select employees by Group

 

* A Document Request will appear on the screen with the current status 

 

 

* Employees will receive a notification
