How to Access Frozen Punches

Frozen Punches are punches that have been blocked from the Employee Timesheets due to certain restrictions. Here you will learn where to view and recover these Frozen Punches.

 

There are two ways to access Frozen Punches:


1.  The first way is on the Dashboard.  Under Exceptions, scroll down to see Frozen Punches.  For more info on setting up widgets, see here.





2.  The second way is via an individual Employee Timesheet.  

     a. In the Left Nav, select the Timesheet the employee is assigned to.

     b. Select the Employee’s timesheet, then click the  icon to access the Frozen                 Punches.  


 

3. Once accessed, a list of Frozen Punches will be displayed.  Click the empty check box to the left of the punch to select them.  To recover, click the    icon in the upper left corner.
