How Managers Add Time to Employees' Timesheets in the Mobile App

  1. Tap the menu.
  2. Tap the applicable timesheet.
  3. Tap the employee whose timesheet you need to edit.
  4. Select the appropriate pay period and tap Add Time.
  5. Select Time Entry or Duration (hrs).
  6. To select the From and To dates within the pay period, tap the calendar and select the appropriate dates.
  7. Tap Punch Type and make your selection.
  8. Tap Time code and make your selection.
  9. Tap Location and make your selection.
  10. If you need to add another entry, tap Add Entry (under Notes) and make your selections.
  11. Tap Save.
  12. A success message pops up.
