How to access Workeasysoftware.com via Email as an Employee

Workeasy Software is a software that companies use for time tracking, scheduling, managing time off, storing employee documents, and managing company assets. If your company is using Workeasy Software, your manager will invite you to join.


Once you’ve joined, you can view your schedule, timesheets, and time off balance. Plus you can clock in/out, swap shifts, donate shifts, drop shifts, and request time off.

  1. Your manager will invite you to join Workeasy Software. If you haven’t received an email from us, please ask your manager to invite you.
  2. Check your email inbox for the Welcome Email from Workeasy Software and select Activate Account.


* You will be re-directed to WorkEasy Software to change your password

 

4.  Enter desired Password and confirm password, select Change


 

5. Select Go to Login


 

6. Enter Email Address and new password, select Sign in


 

Workeasy Software Mobile App


Workeasy Software has made it easier for companies to keep track of daily activities anywhere using our free mobile app.

Once an employee has been invited to join Workeasy Software, the same username and password can be used to access the mobile app.

 

1. Download the Workeasy Software Mobile App

2. Open the app


3. Enter your username and password
