Overview of the Employee Information Report and how to run the report

Overview

 

The Employee Information Report provides the following Employee Information:

 

  • Employee ID
  • Name
  • Employee Type
  • Hire Date
  • Status 
  • Gender
  • Personal Phone
  • Email
  • Work Phone Number

 

To add the Personal Phone # field to the Employee Profile, it will need to be added with the Employee Profile Designer

 

How to run an Employee Information Report

 

1. Click Reports in the Left Nav to expand the options and select Employee

 

 

2. Select Employee Information from the     Employee Report list

 

3. Apply filters

 

4. Click      to run a report

 

* The report will display on the right side of the screen
