# Updating a Time Clock Device

We periodically implement updates to enhance the time clocks’ performance, improve security, and introduce innovative new features. **Please note that these updates are not automatic**. Our dedicated Customer Service team will contact you when an update is available for your device. **Please refrain from attempting to update your time clock until you receive communication and instructions from us**. Once you have received the go-ahead, please follow these steps.

1. 6. 7.
