# Turn Off Employee Required Fields

If you need to prevent users from selecting more than one value in a group structure dropdown, you can disable the **Multiple Selection** option for that group. This is typically used in configurations where a single selection is required for accurate reporting, workflows, or downstream integrations.

To turn off multiple selection:

1. 1. 1.
