Check the Client ID and try again. | | Integration Name already exists | Use a different connection name. Names of disconnected connections are also taken. | | Account already set up | This Client ID is already connected. Use the existing connection in Connected Accounts. | | Missing Deparment and it is required | Select the Department group in Data Mapping. | | Invalid TimeCodes Map | Review the Earn Code Mapping. Every linked code needs a WorkEasy time code or payable. | | Employees are missing after a sync | Check whether the employees are salaried and Use Salary is off, or inactive and Sync Only Active Employees is on. | | The employee sync fails | Check that WorkEasy has a pay schedule for every pay frequency used in QuickPay (Weekly, Bi-weekly, Semi-monthly, Monthly), and then click Synchronize. | | The Account ID isn't accepted when sending | Enter the Client ID of a connected QuickPay company. | | QuickPay rejects the upload | Review the reason shown, fix the data or the code mapping, and send again. To fix a batch that's already finalized in QuickPay, contact QuickPay customer support. | ## Related - [Connect a QuickPay Company to WorkEasy](/connect-a-quickpay-company-to-workeasy.md) - [Manage QuickPay Connections](/manage-quickpay-connections.md) - [Send Pay Data to QuickPay](/send-pay-data-to-quickpay.md)
