# Release Notes August 05, 2025

We're constantly working to make your experience seamless, and we're excited to share our latest product updates! You'll now enjoy a brand-new Announcements feature, plus improved device compatibility, and valuable enhancements to both Time and Attendance and Time Off.

The Announcements feature makes it easy to keep your team in the loop, right from the WorkEasy web portal, mobile app (with push notifications), and supported time clocks. ### **Time and Attendance**

#### **Break name column added to List of Punches exports**

We're excited to share that the Break Name column is now available in both the standard and Pay Period versions of the List of Punches export! This optional column helps identify the type of break taken, such as Meal, Rest, or Paid Break, whenever the punch type is Start Break. If there’s no break type stored, the field will simply remain blank. This enhancement is designed to improve reporting clarity and consistency across exports.

#### **Mobile Punches report now displays physical addresses**

We've made an update to the Mobile Punches report by swapping out the raw latitude and longitude data for easy-to-read physical addresses. This enhancement helps clarify locations for audits and makes interpretation a breeze.

### **Time Off**

#### **FMLA Time Off types**

Submit multiple time off requests per day (for example, FMLA, sick leave) without overlapping hours, with valid combinations saved independently for easy tracking.

#### **FMLA configuration options**

Customize durations, intervals, FMLA periods, permissions, and validation (including advance notice) via one admin tool.

### **Integrations**

#### **QuickBooks Online integration UI updated to meet branding standards**

We’ve made updates to the QuickBooks Online integration UI to align with Intuit’s latest branding requirements. You’ll notice refreshed logos, improved capitalization, branded buttons, and smoother connection flows.

### **Devices**

#### **Smart devices clocking buttons**

Make time tracking easier with larger Clock In and Clock Out buttons on smart devices.
