# Sync Paid Time Off between WorkEasy and ADP Workforce Now

### Prerequisite

Ensure WorkEasy Software is connected to ADP WFN. For setup steps, see [Connect WorkEasy Software to ADP Workforce Now](/docs/connect-workeasy-software-to-adp-workforce-now-adp-wfn).

1. Click **Global Settings** > **Integrations** > **ADP Workforce Now**.

4. If WorkEasy is the time management system of record (for accruals, requests, approvals, etc.) and hours are sent to payroll from WorkEasy, select **Sync time off balances from WorkEasy Software to ADP Workforce Now**. The balances will then be updated in ADP.
5. If ADP is the time management system of record (for accruals, requests, approvals, etc.) and hours are sent to payroll from ADP, select **Sync and create approved time off made in ADP workforce Now into WorkEasy Software**. 7. If you select **Sync time off balances from WorkEasy Software to ADP Workforce Now**, click the button **Update T.O. balances in ADP WFN** to update the time-off balances in ADP. ![](https://7523197.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/7523197/image-png-Oct-31-2024-07-34-36-4492-PM.png)
8. 10. Select the mapped employees whose balances you want to update.
