# Sync Employee Data from Oracle NetSuite to WorkEasy

1. Go to **Global Settings > Integrations >** **Oracle NetSuite**.
2. 3. If you’re revisiting this page, select **Connected Accounts > Edit**.

## How sync works

- Employee data flows from NetSuite to WorkEasy Software
- Employees are matched using employee identifiers
- Existing employees are linked automatically

## Sync behavior

- Employee demographics update automatically
- Manual sync may be triggered if available

## When to use

- After initial connection
- When employee records change in NetSuite
