# Invite Employees to Perform Selfie Enrollment

To allow employees to enroll their selfies, you must first ensure the correct privilege is enabled in their assigned Security Group. Once that’s in place, you can send a selfie enrollment invitation directly from the system. Follow the steps below to send an invitation.

> Selfie enrollment captures facial biometric data. Depending on applicable law, your organization may need to inform employees and obtain their consent before they enroll, and set retention and deletion practices. Your organization is responsible for meeting these requirements. ### Option 1

1. On the left navigation, click **Employees > Employee List**.
2. Select the applicable employee, go to the **Credentials** tab, click the selfie icon, and click the ellipsis.
3. ### Option 2

1. 2. 3. Select and enter **Email** or **Mobile Number** and set the **number of days** the invitation will be valid for.

5. The employee will receive an email to enroll their selfie. 6.
