Time and Attendance

✨ Enhancements

  • Track Overtime by Shift

    A new “Shift” checkbox was added to the Overtime Rules configuration to allow overtime tracking within individual shifts, supporting shift-based thresholds for more precise calculations.

  • Mobile Clock In/Out Now Uses Device Time

    Admins can enable a new option to record clock-in/out times based on a mobile device’s local time. The system flags manipulated time settings while allowing timezone-only changes.

  • New Report: Hours Distribution

    This new report highlights how employee hours are distributed—successfully applied, pending, incorrect, or not distributed—giving admins better visibility into time allocation.

  • Timesheet Status Report Now Shows Who Approved It

    A new “Approved By” column is now available, displaying the name and timestamp of the latest approver.

  • Location Column Added to Missing Punch Exceptions

    The system now shows where the recorded punch occurred when one side of the punch pair is missing, based on the source (e.g., time clock, kiosk, mobile, or web).

🔄 Updates

  • Fixed Display of Exceptions on Timesheets

    Addressed an issue where exceptions like “Absent” appeared even when time or break data was present.

  • Resolved Employee Settings Panel Errors

    The Settings section in employee profiles now loads correctly, allowing full visibility and editing of Reporting Hours rules.

  • Job Assignment Error Corrected for Project + Job Combinations

    Fixed an issue where valid job assignments triggered a “duplicate job” error when using Hours Distribution with project-linked jobs.

  • Break Penalty Display Corrected for Overnight Shifts

    The system now correctly displays the full 1-hour break penalty for overnight shifts that extend past 11:00 PM.

  • Tags Now Exportable Across Multiple Job Data Providers

    Client, Job, and Project Tags can now be exported in various job-linked reports. Tags appear in a clear [Tag 1, Tag 2] format and are sorted alphabetically in the column selector.

  • Baseline Report Now Supports Scheduling

    You can now schedule the Baseline Report for automatic delivery, using the same scheduler available in other reports.

🔄 Updates

  • Fixed Schedule Report Filter Behavior

    Reports now return the correct results across both standard and custom versions when using Department, Location, or Business Unit filters.

✨ Enhancements

  • USB Punch Log Export Enabled for Xenio 2.0 Clocks

    Xenio models 50, 200, 500, and 700 now support punch log export via USB in CSV format, including full punch metadata.

  • Restricted Report History Access Based on Privileges

    The “Manage System Configuration” privilege now controls access to the Report History menu, helping maintain system-level data security.
