# Release Notes February 16, 2026

This release focuses on making everyday work a little easier. You will see simpler ways to manage time and schedules, clearer reports, and other improvements that save time and reduce extra steps throughout the day.

## Enhancements

### Time and Attendance

#### More flexible rounding options

You can now choose a rounding option that rounds up only the final punch of the day. This provides greater control over time calculations while keeping results consistent and fair.

#### Faster access to timesheets

Timesheets are now easier to find and manage from one place. All existing timesheets are grouped under Timesheets, making it easier to switch between them or search for a specific one. You can also star up to three timesheets to keep your most-used ones at the top, saving time in daily workflows.

### Scheduling

#### Automatic shift cleanup with time off

A new setting allows scheduled shifts to be removed automatically when time off is approved or entered, helping keep schedules accurate with less manual effort.

#### Smarter open shift notifications

Open shift requests are now grouped so managers can review and approve multiple requests in one place instead of handling them individually.

#### More flexible coverage view

The scheduler coverage view can be expanded or collapsed, making it easier to focus on coverage details or see more employees at once.

#### Clearer time off reporting

Time off reports are easier to read and more consistent, especially for requests that span multiple days.

#### Cleaner request history reports

The time off request history report now uses clearer labels and a more organized layout, making activity easier to understand at a glance.

### Integrations

#### Employee address sync with QuickBooks Online

Employee address details can now stay aligned between QuickBooks Online and WorkEasy Software, reducing duplicate entry and keeping records consistent across systems.

### Devices

#### Support for newer Wi-Fi security standards

Time clocks now support newer Wi-Fi security options, helping organizations connect devices using modern network configurations.

#### Clearer overtime visibility

The dashboard widget **Approaching Overtime** shows the full list of employees, helping managers identify potential overtime earlier and plan ahead.

### Scheduling

#### More consistent scheduler filtering

Scheduler actions now respect selected filters, resulting in more predictable outcomes when copying, publishing, or editing schedules.

### Reports

#### More reliable employee filtering

Reports that use employee filters now return results smoothly, helping you generate reports without interruptions.
