## Map Data Between WorkEasy Software and ADP Workforce Now

This guide shows you how to map employees and related data fields to sync WorkEasy Software with ADP Workforce Now (ADP WFN). Proper mapping ensures that WorkEasy can accurately submit employee hours and other key data to ADP WFN.

### Prerequisite

### Steps

2. Begin the mapping process by reviewing the following sections:

#### Pay Schedules & Groups

- What ADP WFN calls a **Pay Frequency** is called a **Pay Schedule** in WorkEasy.

- **Employee Data Mapping**: Align key employee fields between both systems.

#### Creating Missing Categories in WorkEasy

If you need to add categories before mapping:

| Category | Navigation Path in WorkEasy |
| --- | --- |
| Pay Schedule | Global Settings > Human Resources > Pay Schedule |
| Time Off Sync | Global Settings > Time Off > Time Off Types |

### Editing Your Configuration Later

1. Go to the **Configuration** tab.
