# Map Data and Sync Employees between WorkEasy and BambooHR

These instructions offer a detailed guide for mapping data and transferring employee information between WorkEasy and BambooHR. By following these instructions, you will ensure that employee records are accurately updated and consistent across both systems, thereby streamlining your HR processes and minimizing manual data entry. Before you begin, make sure you have an account with BambooHR and that your WorkEasy account is connected to BambooHR: [Connect WorkEasy with BambooHR](/main/docs/connect-workeasy-with-bamboohr).

1. Navigate to **Global Settings** → **Integrations** → **BambooHR**.

4. Make all the applicable **Pay Schedule Mapping** and **Groups Mapping** selections.

6. Make the applicable **Employee Sync** selections.

8. Make the applicable **Pay Data Sync** selections.
