This article explains how to download and install the app and identifies the information required to proceed with kiosk activation. After installation, continue with [Create a Kiosk in WorkEasy](/main/docs/create-a-kiosk-in-workeasy) and [Activate a Kiosk on a Tablet](/main/docs/activate-a-kiosk-on-a-tablet). ## Before you begin - The tablet meets minimum OS and hardware requirements. - The tablet is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile network. - You have the Company Code and Activation Code required for kiosk activation. ## Install the kiosk app using a QR code You can quickly open the WorkEasy Kiosk App in the appropriate app store by scanning one of the QR codes below from the tablet you plan to use as the kiosk. Search for **WorkEasy Software Time Kiosk**. 3. Confirm the tablet meets OS requirements. 2. Confirm you are using an iPad or an Android tablet. Phones are not supported. 3. Confirm the app store region matches your location. ### Unable to install due to storage - Remove unused apps or files. - Maintain at least 500 MB of available storage before installing. ### Download stuck at Pending or Waiting 1. Reconnect to Wi-Fi or confirm mobile data is active. 2. Restart the tablet. 3.
