Weekly patterns let you reuse a seven-day schedule across a selected date range. Create a pattern from unpublished shifts in a weekly Scheduler view.
Navigation: Products → Scheduling → Scheduler
Before you begin
Add the unpublished shifts you want to repeat to one seven-day schedule. If you need help creating shifts, see Add and Assign Shifts to the Scheduler.
Open Scheduler.
From the view list, select Weekly by Employee or Weekly by Criteria. Weekly Patterns is available only in these views.
Confirm that the seven-day range contains the unpublished shifts you want to include.
Open the More actions menu and select Weekly Patterns.

Complete the weekly pattern settings.
Setting | Description |
|---|---|
Element(s) | Select the unpublished shifts to include in the pattern. Clear any shifts you do not want to repeat. |
Recurrence Name | Enter a name that helps users identify the pattern. |
Recurrence Options | Select how often the pattern repeats, such as every week, every two weeks, every three weeks, or every four weeks. |
Start/End | Review the start and end dates of the selected seven-day Scheduler range. |
Start/Finish Recurrence At | Set the date range during which the weekly pattern repeats. |
Select Apply.
Result: WorkEasy applies the selected recurrence settings to the weekly pattern.
