When you click Copy, a new window will appear to confirm the date ranges and conflict handling:
Start / End: These are the original dates of the schedule you want to copy.
Copy to / End: Set the target date range where the copied shifts will be placed.
Select option: Choose how to handle scheduling conflicts in the destination period:
Allow Conflicts: Copies all shifts even if conflicts exist.
Avoid Conflicts: Skips shifts that would cause a conflict (e.g., overlapping shifts).
Overwrite Conflicts: Replaces any existing shifts with the new ones.
Stop Operation if Conflict(s): Cancels the entire copy if any conflicts are detected.
After selecting your preferred conflict option, click Copy to apply the changes.
Tip: Review the weekly schedule first to avoid accidentally overwriting or duplicating shifts.
