# Configure Employee Field Mapping for Oracle NetSuite

Define how employee data is mapped between Oracle NetSuite and WorkEasy Software.

## Open employee fields

1. Go to **Global Settings >** **Integrations >** **Oracle NetSuite > Employee Fields tab.**
2. ## Required fields

- **Pay Frequency**
- **Employee Type**
- **Employee Status**

Each required field must be configured with a selection of at least one item before saving.

## Optional fields

- **Groups**

## Configure a field

1. Select the corresponding NetSuite field.

## Save configuration

1.
