# Change Your Password

You can update your WorkEasy Software account password directly from your profile menu. This option is useful if you want to reset a password or strengthen account security.

1. 2. In the **Current Password** field, enter your existing password.
3. In the **New Password** field, enter a new password that meets the system requirements.
4. In the **Confirm Password** field, re-enter the new password to verify it matches.
5. ## Default password requirements

The following password policy applies by default, but individual companies may enforce their own password rules. Depending on your company’s policy, these requirements might differ.

Your password must meet the following criteria:

- At least 6 characters (maximum 25)
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- Must match the confirmation password

If your password meets all requirements, a green checkmark appears next to each rule.
