# Bulk Complete Training Assignments

Use **Bulk complete** to mark training complete across any mix of employees and trainings at once, instead of completing one assignment at a time.

### Before you begin

Make sure:

- You have permission to record Training completion.
- Your security-group scope includes the employees whose assignments you need to complete.

### Open Bulk complete

1. Go to **HR Data Management → Training**.
2. Select **Overview**.

### Select assignments

1. Use **Search employees by name** to find an employee’s assignments. Use **All trainings** and **Any status** to filter by training and status.
2. Select the checkbox next to each assignment you want to complete. To select every assignment currently displayed, select **Select All**.
3. Assignments that require evidence display **Evidence required**. Read the notice under **Select records to complete** before continuing.

### Confirm completion

1. Review the confirmation screen before finalizing.
2.
